I was born in Toronto and at a young age my parents and I moved to the lovely city of Pickering. I basically have lived in Pickering most of my life and have seen the amazing growth of our community.
While attending St. Mary Catholic Secondary School, I knew that I wanted to be in a profession where I would be able to help people. After exploring various health professions, I decided I wanted to study occupational therapy. I attended Queen’s University in Kingston. Working as an occupational therapist I had the opportunity to work with people with disabilities including kids with autism.
After a while, I knew deep down that occupational therapy was not for me. I decided to explore for something else- I found chiropractic. I was intrigued by chiropractic because of its philosophy and approach to health. It was focused on natural health care and wellness - something totally different from what I was used to.
I decided to turn my hands into “healing hands” and attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where I graduated with Magna Cum Laude and Clinical Honors.
My focus now is on a family wellness practice and I am very proud to be serving the Durham community. I have taken post-graduate courses in pediatrics, peri-natal care, pregnancy, specialized techniques such as (CBP and Thompson technique) and even golf performance.
I am happily married to my high school sweetheart Christine and have a lovely daughter Megan!
My goals in the upcoming years are to continue staying updated on the latest health literature, reading more on philosophy and quantum physics, and maybe someday being a scratch golfer (yah right!!!)
Thank you for learning about me........now I look forward to learning about you!
